Are you our new Finance Assistant?

At Quantib, we are changing healthcare with artificial intelligence. We improve the accuracy and increase the efficiency of medical image diagnostics. We do this by bringing state-of-the-art machine learning technology into clinical practice. Our software helps radiologists and other medical specialists with diagnosis, disease progression monitoring and therapy planning. Currently, we have FDA cleared/CE marked products on the market for quantification and diagnosis of neurodegenerative disease, multiple sclerosis, and prostate cancer.

Your goal

As a scale-up, the demands of the finance team are growing. Your goal will be to support the Finance manager with a variety of financial and administrative tasks. This can range from managing accounts receivable to supporting the financial and administrative aspects of international expansion. Quantib is a company that is in development, and so is the finance team and the support it provides. We will offer you a great learning experience where no two days will be the same.

Your role

  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process invoices, credit cards as well as expenses
  • Create, send and follow up on invoices
  • Assist with preparations for payroll payments for employees
  • Assist the finance manager in creating financial reports
  • Assist the finance manager with preparations for accountant audits
  • Answer questions and provide assistance to employees, customers and other stakeholders as needed
  • Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency and help realize them
  • Provide administrative support, e.g. for onboarding of employees
  • Perform facility related tasks e.g. purchases office supplies/office equipment

Your profile

  • Secondary vocational education (MBO) with potential or Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in accounting, finance or a similar field
  • Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
  • Great collaboration and communication skills
  • Able to quickly learn and adapt; a solution oriented, flexible mindset
  • Good command of English and Dutch, both in speech and writing
