Your goal

The core goal for our new sales development specialist is to build valuable relationships with our clients. You will be in charge of the top of the sales funnel; get those physicians connected and make them eager to learn more about our state-of-the-art software. Together with our application specialists you will facilitate online demos and will usher opportunities towards deal closing.

Your responsibilities

  • Connect with prospects on the phone, email or LinkedIn. These may be cold leads, generated through online research, or warm leads, coming from marketing campaigns.
  • Be able to have high level, but meaningful conversations with our target audience regarding their needs and requirements and how we can solve them.
  • Build trusting relationships with prospects, so the sales process is a pleasant experience for them and our sales executives are well set to have warm conversations during next steps.
  • Manage and maintain the pipeline of prospects and keep our CRM up to date with obtained information.
  • Always on the lookout for new ways and places to connect to our target audience.
  • Keep an overview of the market, sales process and all outstanding prospect communication and report your results and findings directly to the CEO.

  • You are set to make things happen and always ready to take this extra step to get there.
  • You like figuring out which objections customers may have towards buying our software and are great at taking those away.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset. We set to build an oiled sales department and we need you to grow with us.
  • You love to learn. Every conversation you will have will lead to new insights, you make sure you use those in the next conversations and share them among the team so we can all benefit.
  • You are intrinsically motivated to change healthcare through artificial intelligence (i.e. find what we do really cool) and curious to dive in and learn more about our field of work.
  • You are looking for constantly commercial opportunities with our targets in mind and proactively assess and spot new marketing opportunities, however, nothing makes you stray from what you think is the right thing to do.

Just a few other requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a (preferably B2B) sales position.
  • Affinity with healthcare will make you like your job even better and some tech geekiness is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems to track and log daily activities, Hubspot experience will give you a head start.
  • The acronyms MQL, SQL and Opportunity are part of your daily vocabulary.
  • Excellent command of English, both in speech and writing, other languages are a big plus.
