Lorenzo Bini

Junior R&D Engineer

Lorenzo joined Quantib in December 2021 as a junior R&D Engineer. He will be focusing in the development of our AI software Quantib^® ND.

He comes from a small town by the Italian seaside but he obtained his BSc in Computer Science in Milan back in 2018. During his studies, he pursued a research internship in QA Automation at the University of Milan-Bicocca. After graduating, he worked as a Software Engineer in IT consulting for multinational clients in Milan.

In 2019 he moved to the Netherlands to pursue his MSc in Artificial Intelligence at Utrecht University, with a strong focus on cognitive modeling, neuroscience and psychology. He graduated in 2021 with a thesis on generative AI applied to optical neuroimaging.

In his free time, Lorenzo loves reading, hanging out with friends and trying out new vegan recipes. He also won't miss any opportunity to travel and explore new places.
