As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) you will be part of the leadership team of Quantib, report to the CEO and you are in charge of driving commercial success of the company. Your role breaks down into three main responsibilities: setting up strategic partnerships, leading the commercial functions, developing and executing the commercial strategy.
Partnerships are essential to Quantib; both with leading medical centers and global medical technology providers. Quantib creates value for patients by working with the medical centers to capture expertise in AI algorithms, and working with medical technology providers (e.g. Philips, GE, Siemens, IBM, Nuance, Sectra) to deploy the technology at a global scale.
As the CCO you will create strong relationships with these partners and set up concrete collaboration agreements that lead to sustainable value creation for both Quantib and its partners.
As the CCO you will lead a small team of commercial professionals with diverse backgrounds. The internal team consists of Ory (ex-Bain), responsible for strategic marketing and communications; Almar (radiographer and ex-team lead Albert Schweizer hospital), responsible for customer adoption; and Jolanta (ex-business development and operations manager Imperial College London), responsible for events.
The CCO sets the direction for the team, acts as a role model and coach for individual team members.
Next to the internal team you will also develop and manage the external sales channels such as distributors.
The CCO develops the commercial strategy for Quantib, translated into working business models. Since there are limited examples and no best practices yet in this field, the CCO will need to think beyond existing possibilities and come up with disruptive go-to-market approaches. This will involve experimenting with new business models in short iteration cycles.
Quantib’s purpose is to bring the best diagnosis and treatment decisions to patients worldwide, democratizing healthcare with AI. We aim to bridge the inequality in care between the top clinical centers where sub-specialized clinicians provide the best care and peripheral centers where clinicians with less specialization cannot always achieve the same level of care. More specifically Quantib supports better integrated diagnostics in disease areas such as dementia, prostate cancer and breast cancer starting with better interpretation of the medical images (MRI scans). Our audacious goal is to serve 10 million patients getting faster and better diagnostic decisions by 2028.
