Think of joining as a Content Marketing Intern?

At Quantib we come to work every day to help physicians solve the hardest challenges they face when diagnosing patients. Our smart software analyzes medical images to unravel secrets hidden to the naked eye. Are you excited to learn more about how artificial intelligence techniques can move healthcare forward and help our marketing department tell this story to the world? We’d love for you to join our tight team of 22 conquering the medical world with deep learning software.

Your goal and tasks

Together with the commercial team you will build brand awareness through strong online efforts. We adhere to an inbound marketing approach and set the bar high for our quality content.

Your tasks, although mainly focused at content marketing, will vary. The options below will be, to a greater or lesser amount, part of your internship.

  • Create multiple quality blogs on topics relating to artificial intelligence in radiology (curious for examples? Check our blog page!)
  • Develop other online content such as a white paper, an e-book or infographics
  • Define SMART goals for your content and track performance over time
  • Create and update website pages
  • Optimize our current online content
  • … and in the meantime, you will learn your way around Hubspot, our inbound marketing platform

Your key competencies

  • You are responsible, you’ve got a goal setting mindset, but you’re also determined to make it happen and deliver great quality work beyond all expectations.
You love to learn new things, you’re not afraid to dig a bit deeper if your blog needs a little bit of extra explanation on, say, deep neural networks.
  • You like to write and keep optimizing your story based on feedback from colleagues and radiologists until it is right about perfect.
  • You’re eager to see how you perform, so figuring out a way to track the number of reads of your content makes you excited.
  • You’re not scared of a bit of technical hands-on activity, if our website platform doesn’t give a straightforward solution, you figure out a smart detour.
  • … and if stuck, you don’t mind to involve others and figure it out together.

Just a few other requirements…

  • A BSc or MSc (in progress) in a relevant discipline (marketing, communication).
  • You own an EU or Swiss passport.
  • You’re available for approximately 6 months.
  • Good command of English, both in speech and writing.
  • Affinity with healthcare and some tech geekiness is a plus.
  • Oh and some proven baking skills are a BIG PLUS. (we love to celebrate things and we love to do it with cake)

… and what will we offer you?

  • You will be working in a dynamic and highly qualified team of 22, a lively mix of R&D engineers, AI specialists, combined with marketing and quality staff and clinicians who walk in and out to support us with their medical know-how.
  • Our main office is in Rotterdam, we ask you to spend most of your time there, in consultation, you can also use our office space in Utrecht for 1-2 days a week.
  • You will work mainly with Ory Six, our Strategic marketing manager, but our team will be more than willing to answer all your questions, whether it’s IT-related, a medical deep dive or just general life contemplations.
  • We’ve outgrown the size of a start-up, but let’s say we are a scale-up that definitely clung onto some of its start-up traits, meaning putting your own desk together, going out to buy some office supplies you need and get bread for lunch might be part of your day sometimes.
  • More good news? The bread you’ll be buying is actually paid for by Quantib as we have free team lunches 3 days a week, and of course you’ll be invited to our regular QuantiBo drinks!

We are looking for someone complementing our current team rather than just fitting in with the crowd. So if you have any other fantastic skills we haven’t thought of yet, but which will definitely help Quantib grow and change the world of healthcare, please include them in your cover letter, which you can upload on the right together with your CV. For more information you can also call +31(0)108411749 and ask for Ory Six.
